Problem I need help with on TI 84+

So, I've been using my TI 84+, I had the Inequalz App going. I turned it off. Then I went to the Y= window and something weird was happening: The Yn= that was selected had a border of a line above and below. As I scrolled down to the next Yn+1= the border scrolled with it. Any ideas what this is and how I can get rid of it? I'm working on getting you a screenshot.

try turning off the app, idk how but there should be a menu that says "Turn off"?
