How do I put Minecraft on a USB (Redo as last was confusing)

I have a school Chromebook with Securly on it and it has blocked almost everything. Can I put games onto a USB with my HP Laptop? I do not have the game any more on my computer so IDK.
Only web based games. ChromeOS can't run .exe files. From my experience Securly can't block local files, so you should be good loading them onto a USB.

If your chromebook has been updated since 2018, It should be fine to put the linux OS onto the chromebook. If you want to enable linux go to Settings > Developer Options > Linux (Beta), And click "Setup". Once you have done that you can use Wine to run .exe files.

Download the HTML file for Eaglercraft from https://eaglercraft.com/. just click the link labelled "Offline" under the play button. It should download a browser based version of 1.8.8.
