Use [s] for strikethroughs

Currently, you can get a strikethrough with [strike], but [s] does not work. Given that you can get bold text with [b], italic with [i], and underlined with [u], it would only make sense to use [s] for strikethroughs.

I propose that the [s] tag is instituted, and that it be given a button in the WYSIWYG editor.

It would be up to the admins to decide whether the functionality of [strike] should be preserved or if posts in the database using [strike] would be updated.
