As part of our "collection" of artefacts from the 90's sitting around in our "library" is a Macintosh Powerbook Duo (I'm going to see what model tomorrow), problem is, I have no idea where (If we have it) the charger for it is. Does anyone know what sort of power cord the Duo takes? Is it common? (I can take a picture of it if need so).

The irony is this computer has more capability than our locked-down Nazi-top. Also, retro gaming Very Happy

EDIT: Also, this is my 404th post so insert some witty joke about something not being found.
Very nice on the joke. Razz Anyway, does it have a (+)--(o--(-) symbol next to the power jack? I'm sure we could find some more information on the internet, but let's see if we can figure out what's marked on the machine itself.

Edit: this site should help you find the model number of the charger based on the model number of your Powerbook:

It has this above the power jack:

___
- - -

EDIT: It's a Duo 230 so it needs the "M7783" adapter.
Oh, that's all? That's just the standard symbol for DC; it doesn't clarify too much. Smile I see that eBay has some M7783 adapters available for cheap, if you're willing to use eBay.
I have no idea if the machine is functional or not and I don't think it's worth spending money to satisfy my nostalgia, I'll just run a VM. But thanks for the help anyway.

Did you look at the Apple support page I linked?
