Hi, I have been wanting to learn how to create programs for my calculator and what I have found both directed my here and

But when trying to run the make.bat file in the terminal it say "The system cannot find the path specified." and when I looked in the make.bat file it looks like it is trying to run make.exe in a bin file that doesn't exist. Plus a lot of the structure of the file is different to what is shown in the howto-windows. did I download the the wrong thing and what should I do?
Yes, but what I downloaded doesn't have the bin file or sh3eb-elf file
Then you didn't download the right thing. You want one of the Windows SDK packages, like
PrizmSDK-win-0.6.7z.
