First, please apologise me because my English is not very good...

I am an old failled programmer, because I tried to learn programming late in my life, in a "not very usual kind of school" called "42" (original from France, I believe), but due to lack of time to work and study at the rate they ask us to do, I failled to end my learning dream... Nevertheless I always loved the idea of making programs and get original results from our head+computer.

Recently I bought a Casio fx-cg50 to my kid use at school and when I was looking for some independent opinions for that calculator I found this/your site (CEMETECH) and GOT TRULY HAPPY from seeing that there are people like you/this team that spend part of his time and part of his income to try to help other people to feel happy about making some programming projects and achievements.
For this I WANT/NEED to give you my honest CONGRATULATIONS.

I really hope you keep making this for many years to come and just regret not having knowledge nor some extra cash to help you with this very useful task.


Nevertheless, I would like to ask you (all) people that agree with this opinion and would like to express some kind of gratefulness to this team, to write some appreciation words.

Yeah, thanks to you guys (especially Kerm) this website is a thing. I would have no clue where to get started programming without all of you Cemetechians. Calculator programming is a thing that totally deserves a lot more praise. Not just that, but I feel like people really don't appreciate all the work programmers put into their work to make the world better and easier to live in. Thanks for making this possible.

What's there to thank? All Cemetech did was give me a passion for coding, gave me a pretty safe community while my brain was developing, helped me start a YouTube channel, supported me when trolls attacked me, and taught me the skills to get a software developer job early in my life.

In all seriousness I have a lot to thank from this community. Those were the main points off the top of my head.

Cemetech allowed me to mistakenly believe that software development was fun, just long enough to where I was in too deep by the time I realized it was not.

As a pretty new and regular Cemetech user (per this year), I think that learning coding isn't exactly something you can ever fail at. No matter age or level of interest or amount of free time, liking technology is always an option. As someone who loves messing with calculators just as a way to abuse a boring school thing as a means of fun, I have no intention of going into a coding field or using any of it later in life, and still every day I learn new things from the great community in cemetech that can take something as simple as ASM programming and 2 megabits of storage and make a community of hundreds that's about to hit it's 20th anniversary.
Thank you cemetech for being a place that anyone no matter what level of experience can just enjoy weird coding stuff, and where anyone can have an opinion about it.
