New at SourceCoder: I could not determine how to input keys such as cube root or 10th root, etc. In other words, pressing the Catalog button on the online editor does not match my TI-84 plus calculator.
Or is there a translation list somewhere. ie sq root = sqrt (
Thanks in advance...

Another question/suggestion: Can the Esc key be optionally disabled. While editing my first program or two, I lost my changes to the entire edit session by accidently hitting this key. I use the vi editor all day and this is a key I hit by instinct 100's of times a day. Just asking..

Indeed, the [CATALOG] only has the tokens that don't appear in any other menu. The cube root, for example, is in the [MATH] menu along with the x(th) root.

There is indeed also a translation, but you're better off just using the [MATH] menu

I also constantly use vi, so I feel your pain. Where do you hit [esc] and you lose the edit session? I wasn't aware that that was a key shortcut. Might it be your browser? I could still catch and cancel the [esc] key if this is the case, though.
Not sure when I hit it but it happened a couple of times. It pretty much set the file I was editting back to its initial startup state.
As for the special keys, all keys that are in catalog on calc are not in the MATH section. Especially the symbols.
You can type programs in manually, but make sure you get case right. "DelVar X" is the set of two tokens "DelVar " and "X". However, "Delvar X" is the string 'D' 'e' 'l' 'v' 'a' 'r' ' ' 'X'. The calculator on the side is mostly for convenience and for special untypable characters such as ->.
