That's it right now, spent a while googling about parts. I'm thinking about going for either more RAM or a better CPU, but I'm not sure what the AMD alternatives would be. Let me know what you think and if there are any glaring issues with the parts in the build or something. I also already have a 27 in. monitor and another really old 768p one that I'm looking to replace.
With a quick look I don't see anything alarming, looks pretty decent! The AMD closest equivalent would probably be the 5600g which is ~$120 on ebay. If you're concerned about saving every penny or power consumption, AMD is a great option to look into. Just be aware that AMD chips don't necessarily have integrated graphics. Ones that definitely do are marked with a g at the end (like the 5600g).

Thanks for the advice. I's thinking of sticking with the intel cpu right now for the slightly better performance, iGPU isn't that important but is helpful if there's something wring with my GPU as a temporary fix.

I'm confused about the RAM: I see 16GB for $100 and 16GB for $0. What's the reality?

If you look at the bottom, it's a bundle with both the ram and the 1 tb ssd.
