IRC chat clients that use SMS

Lately, my phone has started deciding that it wants to act up. So I can't access cemetech through my phone anymore Crying . So I started looking for a way to get IRC chat clients on my phone. Java, C, C#, and C++ IRC clients do not work. So I then started looking for IRC chat clients that either:
    1. Use SMS, or
    2. Require no download to use.


I've already tried Pidgin, SourceForge, and all of the IRC chat clients listed here.

Any ideas(other than writing my own IRC client)?
