If You Could Download The Origional Software From Each Model TI Calc, Merge Them Together And Design The Chip To Hold This Capacity Of Data. Would This Work?
Possibly. But I think that you would have to mix monochrome only with monochrome, and color editions with only color editions. Remember, the software is designed for that specific calculator. And there's really no difference between the one calc software and another. But no, I don't think that this is possible, if you are trying to mix all of the software together.

The short answer is no. The long answer is "this requires emulation". On-calculator, this means Emu8x. On the computer, this means using something like jsTIfied or WabbitEmu or TilEm.
