Duh, by reading this site. I deleted H4XOR and H4XOR2 accounts today while going through the database looking for bots.
Is it possible that this guy has some sort of access to your computer and therefore the password manager? Perhaps something similar to back orifice/BO2K (but more modern)...

how are emails done that are sent through phpbb? Maybe he is using that.

they are sent quite cleanly...
Maybe you should set the permissions on everything in your home directory so no other user besides you and root can even view your files.
make sure things like sshd aren't running, which could be broken into. Also, have you checked this new e-mail at school or similar? It could be a compromised computer other than your own that he is tracking you. Hell, a [physical] keylogger on a school comp would be easy, AND it would snag your passwords
I have logged in at school, except I installed linux on those computers, too. Would a keylogger still be possible? Also I have the following processes running:

yes, a key logger is still possible. There are ones that go between your PS/2 port and your keyboard and are undetectable hardware wise.
