No.


To be more precise, the only cable that will work with a TI-82 is the regular Graph-Link cable, which uses a serial connection. There exists a "silver link" cable (TI Connectivity Cable USB) that is able to communicate with the TI-83 Plus and later calculators (assuming they use the same type of port,) but won't work with anything earlier (at least through TI's official software. Haven't tested it with anything else yet.)

To put on my AKSHUALLY hat, it also works on the TI-83 non-Plus.
