so I recently got a ti-89 titanium, and I downloaded some programs for it on ticalc.org

I can use my macbook to transfer the files using ti connect (non ce), but I don't have it now. I'm on my mom's macbook right now, but I don't have admin permissions to install ti connect Sad

I only have my school chromebook. I don't think there's a ti connect (non ce) for chromeOS, if there is one then please let me know! unfortunately, ticalc.link doesn't have 89ti support yet, (although it does work with my 84 plus ce on my chromebook, i tested it). I looked at ti-lp, but i don't think it's compatible with chromeos, and it seems a bit confusing to install, so any ideas guys?

also another note unrelated to the above problem: are there any alternative/proxy or whatever website for cemetech.net? because it's blocked on my school chromebook, so are there any unblocked websites. Or i could just use this dangerous exploit that I found with my friend last year. I haven't tried it for this site but it should work? probably not gonna use it, it's very unallowed

edit: exploit got patched, but now I'm on my chromebook right now because I found another significantly less dangerous exploit that's still a bit unallowed
I can help you, but out of curiosity what kind of Chromebook is it, and what operating system, I'm assuming chrome OS?

Just as an aside (and in case *anyone* from Ti is lurking), not having transfer programs for Chromebooks is super silly in a school market where they are popular devices for schools to give out to students.

Well they have that for their 84+, CE, and Nspire calcs. THe 89T is just a relic that gets sold until they run out of stock, so...
https://ticalc.link/

the site may not support ti-89 but its worth a shot

if u need to know, it's a lenovo 500e chromebook gen 3

my chromeos version is 125.0.6422.169 (64-bit)
Any ideas on this? I thought about using TiLP to transfer files, but it's not available on chromeos, and maybe I could make it work, but my school chromebook has restrictions, like I can't go into developer mode. Also, I tried it on my macbook, ti connect doesn't work for some reason, when I plug it in, it doesn't recognize the calculator at all. I think the best bet would be to wait for ticalc.link to support transferring files to the ti-89 titanium but that might take a while. So Ifor now I have no way to transfer files to it, please reply to this topic if you have any ideas.
