"Minor Edit" option

When editing a post, it would be nice if there were a checkbox that said "This is a minor edit", and the edit wasn't announced. This would be nice, for example, in the case where you are updating the links to a github repo whose branch named changed, or other such minor edits that don't really constitute an edit meaningful enough to announce.

Given we already have spambots making "legitimate" posts & editing to include spam later, hard oppose.
