Recently I've been working on a graphics library and games for the TI-84 plus (non CE edition). This can be found here. So far it is not very easy to use but it is about all you need for the monochrome TI-84 plus. If you wish to use it I recommend you take a look at some of the programs I made with it (as I doubt documentation will be coming in the near future).
