Yeah, but I have a site reputation to uphold. If I ban him, there will be an outcry, and everyone who thinks well of Kevin and Omnimaga will turn against us (at least tto some extent).

I am afraid that I am going to have to side with Kllr on this one. Even though he was defending me, he managed to set me off worse than I was without him. He wouldn't ignore many requests by Elfprince, myself, and whoever else was on, I think it was Something, but I am perty sure I am wrong. We all warned him that he was going to get in trouble, but he wouldn't calm down.

If you do that, he will continue to hold his own site hostage to get his way. He is acting childish, disobeyed an admin's command, and has caused nothing but trouble here. Ban him, but don't make it public. Then no one will say anything because he doesn't come here enough for anyone to care.

I was watching but not participating; as with the other admins and mods, I didn't want to get involved. And Kllrnohj, I don't care if he holds his site hostage; that's his perogative. Re: your second statement: he would announce it eventually when he discovered it, which would have the same effect.
I am going to try and talk to xlibman the next time I see him online and see if this all can be put to rest.

Listen to yourself for a second. You are making drastic exceptions to the rules just because of who he is OUTSIDE of cemetech! If anyone else had done that they would have been banned without hesitation. If anyone were to have done that at omnimaga chances are they would have been banned there, as well. You shouldn't be forced to defend him just because you fear a backlash from the community (which probably won't happen anyway)
Oh, and I have yet to see him apologize for his behavior in any of the incidents. He doesn't deserve another chance.

He did apologize, many times actually. I think it was unacceptable what he did, but he did apologize many times.
Perhaps, but it would be wise to discontinue such posts. The idea is to create a resolution, not to provoke another occurance.
