I don't quite get the point of this. If it's your own program, you should have the .txt file on your computer already. If it's not, all it takes is downloading it and opening it. What advantage does opening it in your browser give?

It might be useful if you wanted to make a decision before downloading the file. ticalc.org allows people to view .txt files before downloading the Zip.
