Can anyone solve this annoying flashing light from my calculator? It keeps blinking and it began when I connected the device to the' TI Connect CE" program. Something went wrong from there, probably freezing. And now my software program doesn't connect my calculator and buttons don't work. Reset button doesn't work either and it's not the battery/accu. when I charge this thing it stills flashing. it's Probably something inside the calculator... anyone know how to solvethis problem?

Is it the screen that's flashing? Is it flashing white and purple? If the symptoms sound like something like that, try holding [2nd][DEL][ON] while depressing the RESET button on the back.

it's just flashing white you cansee the video link. BUttt I've tried what you said and it works! It's not flashing anymore with [2nd][ on] and [del] but I didn't pressed the reset button tho. now it says this:

waiting.../
please install operating system now.

press[clear] to erase all storage.

I've pressed clear but it doesn't go away grr now Ihave this problem

UPDATE: I'VE SOLVED IT! THANKU! FIRST CONNECT TI-84 TO AN OTHER TI-84 AND ON THE WORKING ONE PRESS: [2ND][XTON] AND PRESS [E] SENDOS.

Now use TI Connect CE to send a new copy of the OS to the calculator; it should only take a minute or two.

TI-Connect is your iTunes, the CE is your iPhone, 2nd+DEL+ON is your recovery mode. Remember that now.
