TI connect error code 8C010000

I want to install mirage os but if i want to transfer the file I get the error code: 8C010000. How can i solve this problem? I tried different ports and cables.
What kind of cables? Are you using TI-Connect or TiLP? What kind of calculator are you trying to download Mirage OS on? What kind of computer do you have?
