I'm creating an rpg in TI-BASIC with Doors CS7 Libs that is about two brothers who invent a device that allows humans to use fictional character's abilities. Features include:
  • Clock based events
  • Text-Based Dialogue
  • Pok√©mon-Style battling (different format, I promise)
Out of curiosity, what time setting is this to be in? What kind of mapping system will you use, if any? Going with sprites for graphics, or ascii characters?

Has any progress been made on this since the original posting?
I have sprites for the battles. It's all using thee graphscreen. But, I need help with the xLib tilemapping command in Doors CS 7. I have level 0 : the intro almost done.
