Add the ability to respond to reviews, in a manner similar to how one can respond to posts in a discussion thread. I do see the difficulty in completely rehauling such a large part of the archives though.
Reviews are meant to help other members decide whether or not to download the file, not for discussions. That's what the forums are for.

I think the main problem is that people are using the reviews section for bug reports or asking why it doesn't work on their device. They should PM the author, use the chat, or use the forum for that.
