hey, been a while but could you go into more detail by what you mean? some apps are embedded into the index.html, like the calculator, or the terminal, but some apps, are separate files in frames.

Well no I-frames could definitely be an option, it's just the files for the programs might not be accessed right. I see a "This file could not be accessed" Error. So maybe you are accessing it wrong. If you want to avoid this issue entirely you can just put the other html files for the text editor and others inside the main html file. But I would not really recommend that as obviously you need to make your code clean, but HTML in general isn't really clean so no one would really care if you did. It's up to you.

The other thing with the positioning bug might just be the css elements not having a position style of "absolute". Make sure they are all absolute including the elements in the other files that have popup's.

yep, I figured it out, gotta fix that later, its because those files are specific to my computer, and my file system so I have to fix the links or remove the iframes all together.
