Hello, everyone. I am a calculator enthusiast who programs in TI-Basic, and more recently, with PT_’s ICE Compiler. I got my first calc (TI-84 Plus CE) a year and a half ago, and have been coding games especially on it since. As for Cemetech, I have been lurking on here for around 7 months, but only just now created an account. I am very impressed by some of the programs that have been created by users on this forum. My favorite calculator is my pre-A TI-84 Plus CE with boot code 5.0.0 original OS 5.0.1 upgraded to 5.3.0, the best OS (I think); I also have an HP Prime G2, an extremely powerful calc that I acquired more recently. I’m still learning how to use it, but I already love it as one of my favorite calcs.

Hello! This is like the third time I've tried making an account, there's something about the special characters Firefox's automatic password generator kept using that borked the activate+login process.

I've been sorta on the periphery of here and a lot of other technical calculator spaces since I was in middle school, decided that now many years later it might be worth actually participating in conversations!

I've got a collection of various calculators right now, roughly centered on the 90s (that's what cheapest on eBay ) and including the TI-92, -92 Plus, -89, -83 Plus, and -82.

I've also done a bit of C programming on the TI-92 Plus and TI-89 w/ tigcc and some more C programming on the TI-83 Plus with z88dk, but not a lot. My only real project to date was a software stack for using those three as 'keyboards' under Linux, but I'm pretty unsatisfied with how I structured it, so now it's just sorta languishing on GitHub. I'll revisit it eventually I'm sure.

I just got a TI 84 plus ce. As you can see, Im a noob and pretty much don’t know any coding. Interested in putting some games and emulators on my calculator. Talking about that, I know a lot I terms of emulation, and am a gamer (console ). I do know HTML and CSS, but absolutely no TI BASIC, JS, or C++ (would like to know TI basic). I came to CEmetech for the games, and some info about my calculator, and got an account for some help. (I need help about Famicalc, see my posts). Thank You!

Hi, I'm Aeroslate, a 16 year old sophomore in High School (sophomore as of 2025). I'm a programmer, but I have other career pathways I desire other than computer science, such as aerospace and mechanical engineering.

I first began my programming experience in the third grade with Python on Programiz, and ever since then, I've been addicted to programming. I picked up my first programmable calculator, namely the Ti-84 Plus CE, back in August 2023, and began my first calculator game in late December 2023 to early January 2024. That game would eventually become the Texas Instruments Flight Simulator, or the TiFS, for short.

I was brought to Cemetech after finding out that there was a dedicated community of calculator enthusiasts and programmers alike, such as me. It's been great to be here.

Programming languages I know for the Ti-84 Plus CE:
- TiBASIC.
- ...that's all.

Programming languages I know in general:
- Python
- C#
- C++
- JAVA
- Assembly (partly)
- JavaScript
- Visual BASIC
- BrainF (not a useful language but it's a neat party trick, I suppose)

EDIT: Oh yeah, I pronounce Cemetech as "Seh-mih-tek" instead of "Kem-tek" and it is just until now that I figured out how to say it.

Hey guys! I'm a girl. I'm born a handyman, I love doing it myself...
I joined Cemetech because of the YouTube channel, which makes me feel I found the best teacher. I'm still a learner, a green hand in programming. Mostly, I'm self-teaching. In the meantime, I'm waiting for admission decisions to study computer science at the university, I want to focus on the cybersecurity track. But guys, should I choose major 'Computer Science' or 'Cyber security' or 'Computer engineering'?
I still do not have a calculator yet, however, I'd buy one soon, following Professor Christopher's opinion, 'You're best off with a CAS-enabled calculator. ' In addition, I jail-break iPhone4s myself many years ago, I chose some hardware and software for a 12th gen computer, and the monitor, did a simple assemble...
I love history, maps... I play a battle game called' Clash Royale' very well.

Anyways, I'm almost graduating from Grade 12 - going to engineering in university
I've been programming for quite a while, ever since I was introduced to scratch

I know a few computer programming languages - Javascript, some C++, python
I also program my calculator using ICE - I have more time to do things on-calc as opposed to on a computer (e.g. in school)
(btw, I have a TI84+ CE)

Anyways, Cemetech is neat - y'all seem pretty cool
It's nice to have found a website of people who all love calculator programming as much as I do (or more )
