That'd be helpful, but who makes program reviews anymore?

In the past I had gone through and tried making reviews for a decent number of programs. My philosophy was that if more programs had ratings and reviews, visitors would be able to reference them when deciding which programs are "worth it" on their calculator, especially when there are multiple similar programs. I think it would be good to encourage users to review/rate programs that they do use so they are more reflective of performance.
I was thinking the home page could look a little like my Wikipedia Welcome Page:
But instead
Suggested Edits = Recommended Pages
Most Viewed = Recently Viewed By You
Get Help = Popular Resources
Your Impact = Possibly Removed

How would recommended pages work? Would it just recommend certain topics to look into? Also, the box is so big, maybe there could be a SAX thing beneath it.
It might be good to add more resources to the top, and change it so that when you scroll on pages, the bar always stays at the top, with the option to hide it with an arrow. I was also thinking, add some statistic bar thingies like how it works on a profile, to show your activity, or maybe the total posts on the website. It might also be good to make the SAX thing on the sidebar smaller, because nobody really needs to see that much of it, and you can just click it, but instead add "recently popular files" or "new posts" and "recommended resources" on the side instead.

1. As said, normal reply becomes the quick reply box
2. Also remove rss, but add the discord to it on homepage
3. Keep the side sax bar, but make it so messages go top down, with the say box at the bottom. (And add minimization)
4. Widescreen support, scale up the website
5. Color: Add dark mode (Black and blue)
6. Dump the online users section of the website
7. Edit profile pages
- Add pinned posts
- Edit profile button on the page
- Add bio or include siggy

Recomended pages would be based on what type of pages the user usualy visits (someone would need to write a script), certainly a sax thing could be below it, but i was thinking we could have the POTM article below it, the sax could go below the get help(popular resources) menu, the Your Impact Section Could be moved to the Profile Page.
I'm sorry, but I don't like that proposed design...
One thing I will say is that some of the text-only elements (such as the page lists and topic) could be made into more flashy graphics. The social media links could be turned into just icons, for example.
I'll see if I can throw together a mockup to show what I mean
EDIT: That mockup will have to wait for a bit...

That's Ok, It is Just a Basic Example.

Speaking of Social Media Links, I wonder if it Would be Possible to Incorporate Google Sign In, It Would Make it Easier for Potential Users to Create an Account, & it would also remove the need for the recaptcha when signing up.
Also When/If We do Redesign the Site Will We Have an Option for the User to Switch Between the Cemetech 6 Design & the New Design?

I did Until I Realized there Was No Way for the Creator to Respond to My Review Except for a DM.
Also Could an Admin/Moderator Pin this Thread to the Homepage, It Would be Nice to Have More Peoples Input.
Here's a little mockup that I made about what the new website could look something like. It's not very detailed but hopefully shows what I'm thinking of.
Top bar:
- Turn home into a drop down with Play and About
Add downloads as a drop down to resources
Go to the posts becomes a dropdown option for forum
Add a button to access profile dropdown
Profile dropdown has Profile, Messages, and Logout
Moves with page scrolling, without cemetech logo
Sax:
- Inverse message order
Say button at bottom
Add scroll wheel
Also moves with page
Sidebar:
- Remove everything but sax (Logged in features are on the profile dropdown)
Main Page:
- Add Online users
Add RSS + Social Media (Add the discord)
Profile:
- Bios! (And/or siggys)
Pinned Posts
Edit profile button
If you read these, thank you! Excited to see the future of this forum
The Thing Is I don't realy like the sax thing, and i think there is other people who share the same thought, so that is why i made it smaller in my mockup, & I realy like the thought of everyone having a welcome page, which could be the page they get when they log in, and if they are logged out they dont.
Here is Another Potential Mockup, This Mockup Keeps the General Layout of The Current Style, but spreads thing out more, & widens the content to fit the screen.
Why does the website show the page execution time? (Page Execution Time: 0.128946 seconds.) At the bottom of a page.

This represents the amount of time the server worked to generate the page you're seeing before delivering it to your browser. It is a legacy of our originally entirely PHP-based website, where we (mostly I) would live-develop on the site, using that as a metric to detect inefficient or malfunctioning additions. Although the site is no longer fully PHP, it could in theory still serve as a useful debugging (or canary) mechanism, even for visitors. For example, if it seems like it takes 20 seconds for a page to load, that could either be our problem (namely if that number at the bottom is very high) or your/your ISP's problem (if that number is, as expected, a fraction of a second).
