does not respond to being turned on or off, being plugged in to a computer, or otherwise charged. Any thoughts?




Is it me or does that battery look expanded?
Maybe a little, but it looks like it was curved before so its hard to tell. That could be part of the problem though.

What does it mean if the battery is expanded? Is it even? How would I know?

Check if it is wider towards the center than the edges. That means the insides may have expanded. That can destroy a battery.
