I am a true n00b at thinking storylines, can anyone help me on it with some hints?
The best way to make a story line is to read plots of games. From there, you can diverge and create a unique story. I'm going to reference games from my collection here.
Most RPG's involve one main character like in White Knight: Chronicles. The story goes around one character but you must create your own PC, but he/she has nothing to do with the story aside from being used in online Multiplayer.
In Borderlands and in Dungeon Hunter: Alliance, you can select a character and the story goes on; It doesn't change based on the character, but rather different skills.
Do you want one character the player must control, one character the story moves around but the player can control other party members, or a character a player selects and moves through the story?

I'd say that reading widely in books will also help inspire you. Be sure you don't end up with something that's too derivative, though! Can you offer us any examples or direction that you've thought of to help guide us helping you?
I think you should play a couple RPGs, and take some elements from them to create your own RPG.

Seconded.
