  3. Study is a completely on-calculator flashcard and self-quiz suite in TI-BASIC for the TI-84 Plus CE (it's untested on the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition but may still work). There are three programs: STUDY, INITSTDY, and INITDRAW. See the file "README.txt" for detailed instructions and other information regarding each program.

I hope that the Study suite will be useful and would greatly appreciate any and all comments, suggestions, and/or bug reports (especially regarding usage on the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition as I do not own one on which to test the Study suite myself)!

  5. A few years ago, I wrote an extensive, in-depth tutorial exploring TI-BASIC for the TI-83, TI-83+, and TI-83 Silver Edition. In all, it has thirty-six lessons. Now, all twelve of the original sections are available as it was meant to be seen, in pure, crossplatform HTML! The first volume includes information on creating, editing, and running programs as well as displaying text on-screen. The second volume contains information about getting input from the user and clearing the screen, as well as a review of the first two tutorials and a quiz. The third volume contains information about If statements, pausing, and several sample programs to help you learn. The fourth volume includes information on Boolean Logic, the While command, and loops using For. The fifth volume includes information on labels and gotos, menus, Return, and Stop. The sixth volume includes information on programs within programs, or nested programs, and random numbers. The seventh volume includes information on copying and pasting within programs, using strings in your programs, and the graphscreen. The eighth volume includes more information on the graphscreen, creating text on the graphscreen, and drawing lines. The ninth volume includes information on graphing, manipulating the window variables, and displaying the graph table from within programs. The tenth volume includes information on circles, horizontal lines, vertical lines, saving and opening pictures, and a review lesson. The eleventh volume includes information on the GetCalc command, loops using Repeat, and pixel drawing. The twelfth volume includes information on drawing using points, and some extensive syntax about lists and using them in your programs. Finally, the complete compiled tutorials contain an introduction, conventions key, and appendix about the fonts used by the calculators. It now contains the full version. A must-have for all programmers, beginner and advanced alike!

  7. Celtic CE is a library for TI-BASIC programs, which allows programmers to use many powerful commands and tools otherwise not possible with TI-BASIC. These include graphical commands, such as drawing sprites, shapes, and text, along with commands for running programs and hex code, creating and manipulating files, and more! As a successor to libraries such as Celtic 2 CSE and Celtic III on older calculator models, Celtic CE brings many commands over from past TI-BASIC libraries, along with offering full compatibility for TI-BASIC programs written to use Celtic 2 CSE. All information for commands and general usage can be found in the official documentation, which is linked in the README. Enjoy!

  11. A redesign of my Polynomials All in One math tool. Input is handled using a two-part queue string, separated by a colon. Part one indicates the operators, part two the operands. This program can chain operations, can interrupt normal math to find the zeroes (at that point), and supports derivative and integral as well. Repeated exponents and terms out-of-exponent-order do not confuse the program. Fractional coefficients supported. Negative exponents not supported. Error catching for unsupported features, divide by zero, and algorithm failure implemented. In addition, prepend the input string with "W" or "w" to activate this program's "show work" feature.

2.3 - Zeroes finding algorithm fixed. No longer glitches on non-integer coefficients.
2.4 - Zeroes algorithm debugged, steamlined, and optimized. MIssing zeroes fixed.
3.1 - Options menu added. Show work moved here. Prepending input with W now turns off show work for individual polynomials. DCS/Celtic3 saving integrated (silently disables if not present).
3.2 - Zeroes finding algorithm now no longer fails when trailing coefficient(s) are zero. Rather if realizes that this means some power of X is factorable, drops the trailing zeroes, adds 0 to the set of zeroes, then proceeds with rational zeroes test as normal
